How would you like to have weekends and holidays off? Seaside Endoscopy Pavilion is currently searching for full time Center Leader to work Mondays Fridays who has the ability to work cooperatively with staff and physicians while performing a variety of tasks.
The Center Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Surgery Center within the authority of the Board of Directors by performing the below responsibilities. The management spectrum covers planning, organizing, delegating, coordinating, staff utilization, regulatory compliance, and excellence in clinical, quality and patient experience outcomes.
Leadership of the Philosophy, Goals, and Objectives of the Organization
Center Business and Financial Activities
Planning, organizing, implementation of quality, compliance, privacy and other essential programs for institutional control and excellence in an ambulatory surgery center setting
Primary liaison of communication between the Medical Staff, facility staff, corporate partner, and board of directors
Staffing and Delivery of Patient Care
State and Federal Regulations/Accrediting Agencies
Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement
Infection Control, Endoscope Reprocessing
Facilities and Environment
Safety /Risk Management Program
Internal Compliance Program
Responsibilities for Assets
Regular and reliable attendance required.
A Registered Nurse is a requirement. Bachelor's degree is highly preferred with a minimum of five (5) years in the healthcare industry. Two (2) years in a supervisory or administrative position highly preferred, but willing to train and develop the right candidate. Ambulatory Surgery Center and GI experience highly preferred.
Must be able to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks effectively and efficiently while maintaining a professional, courteous manner. Must be able to work well with others. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Must be detail oriented and organized. High integrity, including maintenance of confidential information. Must be able to exercise good judgment and positively influence and lead others, including handling confrontations with poise and efficiency. Based on business need, the ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends as approved in advance.
