About this Role

In this fast-paced role, you'll be the quarterback of our team, calling the shots on sales, marketing, operations, and instruction.

Schedule

Monday through Thursday

• 11am to 7:30pm & Sundays from 9:00 am

• 2:00 pm

Role Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Strategist

Sell the Mathnasium program with infectious enthusiasm, building trust and lasting relationships with families.

Educate parents about math curriculum in Redwood City

Craft and execute local marketing campaigns with Marketing Director to generate leads and keep our center at the forefront of parents' minds.

Leverage data analytics to optimize lead conversion through our CRM system.

Financial & Operational Ace

Manage the center's finances with precision, ensuring accurate payment processing and revenue tracking.

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions that maximize growth.

Instructional Powerhouse

Assess student needs, design personalized learning plans, and ignite a passion for math in every child.

Continuously improve the Mathnasium experience by evaluating instructors and implementing best practices.

Leadership Mastermind

Lead and inspire a team of instructors, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Empower your team to reach their full potential through effective coaching and development.

$70,000/annually + monthly commissions + yearly bonus (OTE: $88,300 - $101,500)
