Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least one year of strong leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team

  • A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day

  • Ability to build relationships with families and staff and create a dynamic environment where play and discovery go hand-in-hand

  • Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively

  • Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred

  • NAEYC/NAC, and state licensing knowledge preferred

  • Must meet state specific guidelines for the role

  • Must be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors. Must be able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.

  • Ability to speak, read, and write English.

General Summary The Senior Enterprise Security Analyst plays an essential role in protecting PolyOne's global information assets and business operations. The Senior Enterprise Security Analyst will be responsible for the planning, design, implementation and audit of various components of the global information security program such as vulnerability management, incident response, asset classification, policy and procedure development, and other. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Responsible for the planning, design, and global implementation of new security technologies. * Responsible for the operations and maintenance of various components of the information security program, including security metrics reporting, and information security improvement. * Recognizes and identifies areas where existing security policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, and follows up to ensure appropriate action has been taken. * Stays abreast of regulatory changes that can affect information security policy, standards, and procedures, recommends appropriate security program changes, and follows up to ensure completion. Gains knowledge of changing technologies, and provides recommendations for adaptation of new technologies or policies. * In collaboration with global functional IT teams, coordinates the remediation of system vulnerabilities, follow-up to ensure completion, and report status to stakeholders. * Conducts regular security assessments of new and existing systems, web services, and hosted solutions to provide an overview of risk to global operations and data privacy. * Manages centralized log collection systems to include the creation of relevant dashboards, retrieval of logs upon request, and implementation of new log sources in order to maintain compliance with internal policy and external regulatory requirements. * Further ensures continuity of Security Operations by increasing capacity in security related skills and experience, as well as, mentorship and knowledge transfer to junior members of the Enterprise Security Team. * Other duties and projects as assigned.
