The Center Administrator is responsible for the day to day operations, administration and coordination of care delivered as described in the individual Plan of Care for each LIFE Pittsburgh Participant. They will facilitate and coordinate the Interdisciplinary Team care process to ensure decisions are guided by the Participant's goals of care and are consistent with the PACE model concepts.
The Center Administrator is responsible for management, leadership, development, and accountability of interdisciplinary team members and staff. The Center Administrator is responsible for both participant and center based budget monitoring, spending and analysis of variances that arise. Is responsible for participation and involvement with the LIFE Pittsburgh Quality Program to monitor and ensure optimal operational and participant outcomes.
Must have valid Driver's license and access to a vehicle for possible travel in community. Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field, Master's Degree strongly preferred. Minimum of (1) year experience in a geriatric community setting.
Experience working with and relating to the geriatric population and their family members. Prior management experience also required.
