The Colorado Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) has four major operational divisions: Army National Guard, Air National Guard, Civil Air Patrol, and Veterans Affairs. Description of Job
This position is part of our Veterans Affairs division of the Department of MIlitary and Veterans Affairs. This position is located in Grand Junction at our Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado that provides for the interment of eligible veterans, their spouses and eligible dependents and to maintain the cemetery in a dignified manner. This position supports all cemetery operations in a variety of administrative functions to include, but not limited to:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Four years of cemetery experience that included cemetery grounds and maintenance experience of which one year included professional clerical experience and two years of successful customer service experience dealing with grieving individuals.
OR
A combination of related education (such as Business Management, Funeral Director, etc.) and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to four (4) years. Please attach certificate or transcripts to this on-line application.
