Cell Tech I (Shaver Cell) (12 HR Shift B)

12 Hour Shift B: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Sunday, Monday & Tuesday

Tegra Medical is looking for a Cell Technician I in our Shaver Cell Department to join our Franklin facility. The Cell Tech I operates production equipment and is responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of customer products. Follows blueprints, guidelines and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met. Being a Manufacturing Cell Technician I maintains required records of production and reports any inconsistencies or equipment issues following standard procedures. Has some entry level understanding of most equipment within the operation of the cell.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to use all inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, comparator, etc.)

• Maintains a high standard of quality

• Perform first piece and In-process inspection(s)

• Keep record of all inspections and parts run

• Strive to maximize efficiency and improve quality

• Perform JobBOSS transactions

• Flexible with the ability to change priorities

• Comfortable with cross-functional tasks to support a continuously improving environment

You have:

• Ability to work with small diameter parts requiring tight tolerances and high quality finishes

• Ability to read blueprints/drawings and follow work instructions

• Have good mechanical and math aptitude

• 1-2 years industrial experience in manufacturing/machine operating

• Good communication skills

• Dependable, efficient and productive work habits
