The Celebrity Concierge Coordinator will be a crucial piece in raising the quality of the celebrity experience at HSN, by being a consistent day of point of contact for the celebrity and their teams.

Your Impact

The Celebrity Coordinator is the main day-off point of contact for on-campus celebrity/high profile guest visits. The Celebrity Guest coordinator will greet the celebrity and their management upon arrival to HSN and escort them to their greenroom. Before guest arrival, the Celebrity guest coordinator will prepare the celebrity green room. When there are no celebrity/high profile guests visits that acquire their attention, the Celebrity guest coordinator will work regular shifts as a Talent Service Coordinator. You should have strong people and organizational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will greet Celebrity guest upon their arrival to HSN and escort them to their, green room, and main contact should the celebrity or their management need anything.

  • You will prep for celebrity visit, including but not limited to, rider fulfillment, greenroom refrigerator stocking, ordering flowers or food when appropriate, working LP (Loss prevention) to make sure everyone in the Celebrity Guests party is registered.

  • You will work with sets team, 4M(custodial), culinary, etc. to make sure that the green room is properly cleaned and staged.

  • You will attend meetings with special projects, content, broadcast, and other long lead teams in preparation for each Celebrity visit.

  • You will create detailed report to recap success and challenges of each visit.

  • You will work Regular Talent Service Coordinator shifts which responsibilities include, greeting on air guests upon arrival, ensure they have all necessary information for live show preparation, review their schedule and communicate show changes, and assign guests to their greenroom.

  • You will partner with production teams for updates and specific requests to guarantee an exceptional guest experience - be attentive and supportive to guests' needs.

  • You will provide extra support and guidance to new HSN on-air guests.

  • You will guide communication between On-Air Talent, On-Air Producers, Assistant Producers, vendor representatives, and show support staff.

  • You will communicate guest arrivals, greenroom assignments, and important guest information to Assistant Producers throughout the day.

  • You will outfit on air guests with appropriate audio equipment prior to airtime.

  • You will escort on air guests to the set/studio for on-air presentations, secure a microphone check, and ensure they arrive.

  • You will address and troubleshoot concerns/issues quickly and professionally.

  • You will manage greenroom assignments and ensure greenrooms are maintained properly clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.

  • You will create daily microphone assignments and inventory audio equipment daily.

  • You will perform administrative tasks such as: arranging ground transportation, registering vendor representatives, submitting maintenance requests, organizing/maintaining supplies inventory and guest items, etc.

  • You will perform additional tasks as assigned during high profile events, live concerts, and celebrity visits.

  • You will work on other projects as assigned by the Senior Manager On-Camera Talent. Including but not limited to: Auditions, New Guest Certification, town hall and employee recognition events.

What You Bring

  • Experience in TV or related field (concierge, guest service).

  • Experience providing exceptional customer service or guest experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft.

  • Schedule could vary week to week to accommodate 24/7 environment, including nights and weekends.

You will be considered in totality of your experience versus strict interpretation of "must haves".

  • 3+ years experience working with talent, hosts, celebrities, and/or high-profile clients
  • BA/BS in TV/Film/Theater/Communications or Service Industry experience
