YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree with extensive experience, or advanced professional certification with significant experience in the field.
Six Sigma Black belt
Experience leading Kaizens, VSMs proven ability understanding processes to identify
bottlenecks and uncover hidden factories
Excellent organization & project management skills
An ability to direct, lead, and motivate others
A strong understanding of business drivers
An ability to manage complex situations
Experience with SAP, Customer Portals, Salesforce.com, Excel, integrated reporting systems
Demonstrated ability to drive change, globally
Strong bias for action and results driven - ability to implement process rigor through organizations
Strong relationship building/interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
Ability to quickly adapt to differing leadership styles
