National Decision Support Company is a healthcare IT company specializing in the delivery of Clinical Decision Support content to health care organizations, radiology practices, and health plans. We are seeking an individual to join the client services team to manage project delivery and support to customers. You will work with customers to help achieve a successful implementation and adoption of our products. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a willingness and ability to work in a fluid, close-knit team environment, while also being successful with independent project responsibilities. This position will provide the successful candidate with personal development opportunities in a rapidly growing company.


  • Develop technical understanding of how our integration works

  • Effectively communicate integration capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers

  • Customize product configuration/set up to meet the needs of the customer

  • Identify and resolve issues that arise throughout the implementation

  • Work closely with other areas including product development and sales to ensure customer needs are met

  • Contribute to process improvement to enhance product delivery

  • Collaborate with content experts to correlate clinical data elements from client's EMR to InterQual criteria

  • Assist client with design and workflow as it relates to product usage


  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with a new product with quickly changing processes

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

  • Detail oriented and able to dig through data to confirm accuracy

  • Flexible, willing, and able to help out in multiple areas

  • Can take initiative in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 applications

  • Resourceful, organized, and enjoys problem solving

  • Able to quickly learn new IT applications

Required Education/ Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • A history of academic and professional success

  • Experience with complex IT systems

  • 1+ years of project management experience; with demonstrated ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects

Preferred Education/ Experience:

  • 2+ years of healthcare or healthcare IT experience

  • Understanding of clinical documentation and case management workflows

Qlik R&D Customers First team is looking for a seasoned Data Integration Expert to join our team. This candidate will be part of a Global R&D Customer First team. The successful candidate will be an individual contributor with Data Analytics development and architecture experience. You will undertake initiatives to improve R&D product release quality and deliver key serviceability enhancements that will improve the customer experience and enhance product support's ability to diagnose and service the product in the field. This position will require occasional customer travel and frequent communication with pre-sales, support and all departments of R&D. Responsibilities include: * Providing active customer escalation investigations, determining root cause and coordinating and implementing solutions with the extended R&D and support teams; * The Senior Data Integration Expert will examine the product log data, examine those and then determine the root cause with R&D leaders. * Creating and coordinating training and knowledge transfer to customer support and presales; * The Senior Data Integration Expert will prepare deep technical knowledge around the Data integration software and deliver that to our Field team members to increase their Technical level with our software. * Engaging the R&D product release process and establishing a customer advocacy role, whereby the voice of the customer is represented during release sign-off and software development; * The Senior Data Integration Expert will work together with the Product management team to ensure customer technical requests are being examined by the product leaders. * Ensuring root cause analysis are conducted for customer escalations and establishing a consistent practice across R&D; * The Data Integration Expert will continuously ensure that product log data are being examined to address customers escalations with R&D leaders. * Conducting and organizing training for R&D staff regarding the roles and accountability of the customer success processes; The Senior Data Integration Expert will prepare deep technical knowledge around the Data integration software and deliver that to our various R&D team members to increase their Technical level with the field usage of our software.. * Identifying and driving improvements to system logging, alarming, and diagnostics; * The Senior Data Integration Expert will prepare deep technical knowledge around the logging facilities of the products to enhance the supportability of the Product together with the R&D leaders. * Identifying top customer issues seen in field and prioritizing a corrective plan in liaison with customer first leaders; * Ensuring root cause analysis are conducted for top customers' escalations and establishing a consistent practice across R&D; * Developing process improvements for Quality Engineering for test escapes into the field; * The Senior Data Integration Expert will work together with the Product Quality team to ensure increasing the stability of the software. * Collaborating with customer first leaders, solution architects and presales to ensure that best engineering practices are adopted in the field. * The Senior Data Integration Expert will work together with the Pre-sales team to ensure that deals are not being blocked because of any technical defect and ensure the successful completion of the pre-sales activities. * Occasional travel to site as a customer advocate to collect customer feedback and share with teams. * The Senior Data Integration Expert will sometimes need to be on site working with the customers and the R&D lteam to ensure resolution of any technical escalation. You will be successful if you have: * BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering , MSC in computer science preferred * Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer-- minimum of 3 years experience. * Databases: Oracle, Sqlserver, MYSQL, Prostgres, ODBC (any additional Database is an Advantage) * Deep Troubleshooting skills - MUST * Awareness of Cloud offering – Advantage * Windows and Linux platforms * Manages 24*7 Plan.
