National Decision Support Company is a healthcare IT company specializing in the delivery of Clinical Decision Support content to health care organizations, radiology practices, and health plans. We are seeking an individual to join the client services team to manage project delivery and support to customers. You will work with customers to help achieve a successful implementation and adoption of our products. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a willingness and ability to work in a fluid, close-knit team environment, while also being successful with independent project responsibilities. This position will provide the successful candidate with personal development opportunities in a rapidly growing company.
Develop technical understanding of how our integration works
Effectively communicate integration capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
Customize product configuration/set up to meet the needs of the customer
Identify and resolve issues that arise throughout the implementation
Work closely with other areas including product development and sales to ensure customer needs are met
Contribute to process improvement to enhance product delivery
Collaborate with content experts to correlate clinical data elements from client's EMR to InterQual criteria
Assist client with design and workflow as it relates to product usage
Self-motivated and comfortable working with a new product with quickly changing processes
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented and able to dig through data to confirm accuracy
Flexible, willing, and able to help out in multiple areas
Can take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 applications
Resourceful, organized, and enjoys problem solving
Able to quickly learn new IT applications
Required Education/ Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
A history of academic and professional success
Experience with complex IT systems
1+ years of project management experience; with demonstrated ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects
Preferred Education/ Experience:
2+ years of healthcare or healthcare IT experience
Understanding of clinical documentation and case management workflows
