In this role:

The Eligibility Utility Product Analyst will support the Eligibility Utility Product Manager and Product Owners to develop and deliver the Utility's functions to meet prioritized Enterprise objectives. The Product Analyst will be responsible for the following representative tasks:

  • Understanding the vision of the Eligibility Utility, and serving as the primary point of contact for requirements discussions between the Business Stakeholders and the EU Scrum Team

  • Leading sessions with business stakeholders to gather requirements specific to assigned use cases:

  • Risk Requirements

  • Marketing Requirements

  • Integration Requirements (i.e. fields required to pass to downstream integration partners)

  • Reporting Requirements

  • Audit Requirements

  • Data Governance and Quality Requirements

  • Working across Eligibility Utility, CAP, Zoot, MCLBS, and Kafka partners to communicate requirements and capture those requirements in Jira in Business language

  • Maintaining a traceability matrix to ensure that all requirements are accounted for and delivered

  • Assisting in development of UAT test scenarios, and conducting UAT testing for functionality as it is released

  • Serving as back up to the Product Owner and Project manager

Required Qualification:

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of business rules and criteria

  • Working knowledge of eligibility and targeting criteria

  • Ability to conduct interviews and ask meaningful questions to gather required detail for the EU development team

  • Agile and Jira experience

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to operate independently

  • Strong SQL/HiveQL skills

  • Zoot/credit risk modeling

  • Prior experience developing automated Eligibility and/or Targeting platform

  • Dynamic and complex environment

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
