We have a long-term roadmap for building our services and making them awesome(r). You will work in a team oriented environment and be responsible for supporting Apple's CDN and DNS infrastructure.You will need to be excited about a complex, global infrastructure, be a collaborative teammate, and have interesting and willingness to learn on your own and from others.This position can be based in Denver, CO/Elk Grove, CA/Culver City, CA or Dallas, TX

Key Qualifications
8+ years of industry experience

Software development skills, especially C, but we also use Go, Python, Perl, C++ and others.Experience in a startup environment useful

Experience working with software projects from need to deployment

Excellent communication skills

Familiarity with FreeBSD, Linux, IP, TCP, HTTP, TLS, DNS, and BGP is a plus.


Your job is to take on global scale problems for a growing, high-performance infrastructure by writing reliable and maintainable code. Our infrastructure is responsible for the download services for Apple's software updates, App Store, iTunes and more.You will be working on kernel and network performance for our server platforms, systems development, TPM and other security related work and related areas.We are a small global team in a large organization doing interesting work critical to every internal and external Apple user. We have a variety of projects with different timelines and demands, and you are flexible in your approach to each situation.


BS or MS in computer science or related field; 3+ years industry experience in lieu of degree.
