Cdla Student Driver/ Cdla Internship

Are you looking to become a CDLA Driver and want to be paid while you are in school? G&C Foods is looking to add dedicated and hard-working individuals to our driving school The student driver will be a member of the Professional Driving Training Program learning to aquire the skills and knowledge of being a successful CDLA Driver.

This position will receive classroom, range, and on the road training. The accepted students of our CDLA Driving Training Program are paid $15 an hour and $0.43 per mile while training. Upon completion to solo operation, the Student Driver will be promoted to the normal Class A Driver for G&C Foods.

Students will receive 200 hours of the required DOT instruction to earn their CDL- Class A license in the Syracuse NY location. This training will include classroom, driving range, and on the road training with no cost to the student driver. There is a 24-month driving contract with G&C Foods required in order to be enrolled in this program.

After completion of the driving school, you will be trained by our professional instructions on how to become a G&C Driver. Eligibility Requirements: Clean MVR At least 21 years of age or older No failed or refused DOT Drug Screen Ability to pass a DOT physical/ DOT Drug Screen
