The Opportunity: Roll-Off Drivers are essential to our Waste Management team.

You'll operate a heavy-duty truck, be responsible for preparing, loading and transporting containers to disposal sites, recycle facilities and/or customer locations. You'll navigate high traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways and lots. Your high skilled driving maneuvers will be put to the test! We'll look to you for guidance on route efficiencies, best practices and to work as a team player in order to build a stronger Waste Management.

Roll-Off Drivers safely operates a heavy-duty truck and is responsible for preparing, loading, and transporting large mobile open top and compactor containers to disposal sites, transfer or recycle facilities and customer locations. Roll-Off Drivers will navigate driveways, alleyways, lots, high traffic roadways and may operate in tight overhead environments while on industrial routes. Highly skilled backing maneuvers are essential, to successfully perform this job.

Some Basic Requirements:

  • 2 years of Experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or equivalent military driving experience in the last seven (7) years

  • Possess a current Class A or B Commercial Driver's License with an air-break endorsement

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States?

The Pay: $17-$20 per hour DOE

This position will primarily be telephonic in nature but may require field visits as needed, approximately 40% field and 60% telephonic.The counties are: Bolivar and Sunflower, Lauderdale and Kemper. Primary Responsibilities: * Conduct individual-level assessments to capture member's current health care needs * Identify gaps or barriers in treatment plans * Develop a plan of care based on member's needs, preferences, and objectives * Collaborate with Community Health Workers and Behavioral Health Clinicians * Provide patient education to assist with self-management * Interact with Medical Directors on challenging cases including presenting at rounds * Coordinate care for members * Make referrals to outside sources * Coordinate services as needed (home health, DME, etc.) * Educate members on disease processes * Encourage members to make healthy lifestyle changes * Document and track findings * Make "welcome home" calls to ensure that discharged member receive the necessary services and resources What makes your clinical career greater with UnitedHealth Group? Required Qualifications: * Current, unrestricted RN license in Mississippi * 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting, acute care, direct care experience and/or experience as a Case Manager * Ability to navigate a Windows environment, utilize Outlook, and the ability to create, edit, save and send documents utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel * Ability to talk and type proficiently at the same time * Reside in the state of Mississippi * Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to meet with member's in their homes within the designated service delivery area * Ability to be in the field up to 40% of the time * Willingness to obtain CCM certification within two years of being hired if you presently don't have this credential Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree or greater * Experience working with home health or hospice * A background in managed care * Experience with the Medicaid population * Case Management experience * Certified Case Manager (CCM) * Experience/exposure with discharge planning * Experience in utilization review, concurrent review and/or risk management * Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities will be keys to success Careers with Optum.
