REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Age 23

Minimum Experience (tractor Trailer/OTR)

1 year OTR in the last 3 years with at least 6 months in the past 12 months OR 3 months in the past 6 months. *More than 150 days of not working in the past 18 months, they will not process the app, regardless of the reason for the gap. Sorry

Moving Violations (max in 4 year period) 3 in the last 4 years (no more than 2 in the last 12 months)

Policy on License suspensions No suspension due to a moving violation in the last 4 years.

DOT Recordable Accidents DOT preventable has to be 4 years old.

Incidents (max in 3 year period) 1 in the last 18 months

Ticket / Accident / Incident Combo Will review

Maximum Major Moving Violation (in the last 3 years) We will allow one 15+ speeding in the last 3 years. None of these in the last 3 years in a CMV or PMV Following to close, Careless, cell phone, reckless, Driving while out of service, Speeding in construction zone, improper passing.

Major Moving Violations- that are automatic DQs None of these in the last 4 years Failure to maintain lane, Improper turn or improper lane change

Max. Number of Jobs- in the last 3 years 6 jobs in the last 3 years

Policy Against Unemployment- even if it is accounted for No more than a 151 day gap in employment in the past 18 months.

Terminated Applicants No, has to be 1 year since any termination. No more then 2 terminations in the last 3 years. No terminations for Late pickup or delivery in the past 2 years.

Felony Convictions All reviewable- No pending charges

Misdemeanors All reviewable- No pending charges

DUI/DWI- 1 allowed but has to be outside of 7 years

Is Haz-Mat Required? No

Reimbursed for Haz-Mat? $100 if they get it.

Haz-Mat Pay Info 3 cpm more if they haul it. Loaded miles only

Other Endorsements Required No

Long Form Physical Required Up Front? No, DOES NEED A 1 YEAR MEDICAL OR BETTER

Other Automatic DQs. Rollover, lane change accident, side swipe, rear end, improper backing. DOT preventable has to be 4 years old. No Auto restrictions. No Hit and Run/leaving the scene of an accident in the last 7 years.

This is accomplished by appropriately using company vehicles and equipment to deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner. Safety, building loads, inventory control and product knowledge are all components of this position. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position. Requirements to be Considered for the Position: * Previous delivery experience, preferably with building materials * An acceptable driving record and a current CDL license * Familiarity with building materials and delivery equipment is desirable * Ability to participate effectively as a team member * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Responsibilities of the Position : Delivery Activities: * Responsible for delivering material to customer's jobsites using the most efficient route available. * Complies with all highway rules and regulations. * Ensures that delivery schedules are met while providing friendly and professional service. * Assists customers with loading and/or unloading of materials while at the job site. Knowledge & Training: * Identifies personal growth needs and learning opportunities. * Completes required orientation and safety training. * Commits to continued learning on products, packages, procedures and more. Customer Service: * Meets and greets contractors and do-it-yourselfers while providing exceptional customer service by assisting with the selection and loading of materials. * Accurately pulls and stages materials to be picked up or delivered to ensure schedules are met. Store Operations: * Contributes to maintaining the inventory in the yard by conducting cycle counts, keeping the yard organized, ensuring the correct material is shipped and received. * Follows all policies and procedures in the yard including sales, inventory and safety. * Properly uses and maintains all equipment.
