With this regional intermodal job, drivers will operate within the states of Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota.

Shift / Time Off:

  • PICK Any shift BUT Monday- Friday. They can work Sunday- Thursday off Fri/Sat, Tuesday Saturday off Sun/Mon or a schedule where they have two week days for home time. There is a $150/week worked bonus to drivers that work Thursday-Monday or Friday Tuesday (7.8K per year). This is an activity-based bonus, so it will only be paid out when drivers work 5 full days on the schedule.
  • Drivers take the truck home for time off.

Job Duties:

  • Drivers will pick up from and deliver to rail ramps in Chicago as well as occasionally, St. Paul
  • drop/hook
  • No-touch freight.

No age limitation on owner operator’s equipment as long as the equipment is presentable, in good mechanical condition, and can perform the duties of the work applying for<br></p><p>Truck owner shall have in possession a current DOT appendix G annual inspection, registration, title or bill of sale and corporation papers if incorporated. In addition, a bob tail and physical damage policy is required ($1,000,000.00 limit on Bob Tail) unless the equipment owner chooses to sign up under Express group plan explained in the highlights section.</p><p>Fleet Owners (more than one truck), are required to be incorporated</p><p>Lease Agreements required for all Fleet Owner/Operators</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>High volume of work based on fleet size, great service and an established reputation for excellence; while being able to maintain a prominent safety record</p><p>$1000.00 dollar sign on bonus</p><p>$250.00 dollar additional bonus if HAZMAT endorsed, and every time HAZMAT endorsement is renewed</p><p>Weekly pay disbursed on Thursdays</p><p>Fleet Owners/Operators receive itemized settlements showing the pay for each move performed provided in an easily read and understandable format. Also includes fuel surcharge and detention pay if applicable</p><p>Fuel Card program</p><p>Group Bob tail and Physical damage program designed to save you $:</p><p>Physical Damage cost – $3.39 per $1000 dollars in value. So $15,000 value would cost you - $50.85 per month</p><p>Bob Tail cost - $33.00 per month for $1,000,000.00 limit</p>PERFORMANCE RECOGNITION:<p>Year end Safety Bonus based on years, 1-5, 6-10, 11-14 and 15 and up, of accident and injury free work performance</p><p>Drivers of the Month election receives $100.00 dollar bonus.
