CDL-A Company Truck Driver - Earn Up to $750 in Monthly Bonuses!

Papa John's is seeking an action-oriented, results-driven customer service expert who is ready to join the Trans Papa Logistics family as a CDL-A truck driver. From a truck full of our fresh ingredients to the final delivered product, our truck drivers make our pizza better.

Qualifications

Valid Class CDL-A (issued by resident state)
Must have at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience in the last 3 years, all Class A, Tractor Trailer, 18-wheeler
Consistent work history
Proven safe & responsible driving record
Touch freight - ability to routinely lift 60lbs., control a hand truck with up to 400lbs.
Food and/or Beverage transport experience a plus

As a Class A CDL driver, you will deliver and recover a variety of equipment, tools and supplies to and from the customer worksite. This role will generally drive a Class A truck hauling equipmenton on a flatbed (dovetail) or RGN (lowboy) trailer in a variety of conditions, including urban, suburban, rural settings. Ability to drive safely in tight settings such as construction zones is required. Education or experience that prepares you for success: * Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred * Valid Driver's license with CDL License and acceptable driver's record Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on: * Prior training and/or experience with similar commercial equipment preferred * Experience driving flat-beds, RGN/lowboy, dovetail trailers * Ability to troubleshoot and make minor repairs to equipment and vehicle at job sites * Customer service attitude The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Other duties will include: * Drive/operate straight bed vehicles over public roads in order to move or deliver explosive products to company or customer sites in a timely and safe manner * Drive and operate bulk/blend truck in order to prepare and deliver quality products to customer sites * Load and unload all trucks, and maintain magazines, sites, and inventories. * Follow all safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions in the shop, while driving and operating equipment and while on blast sites in order to protect your personal safety and the safety of others * Prepare and maintain records and reports concerning the handling and transportation of explosive products, including safety reports, and the use and detonation of explosives, in order to assure accurate billing, regulatory compliance and performance history * Knowledgeable of, and comply with applicable DOT, OSHA, MSHA, EPA, and BATFE regulations. * Ability to work accurately with numbers and perform simple mathematical calculations. * Maintain safe working conditions and assure that all crew members and others on the site follow all safety and regulatory procedures and practices to ensure a safe and successful event.
