CDL Class A Driver

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting freight safely and efficiently across various routes.

This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and adherence to all transportation regulations. The Truck Driver will operate different types of vehicles including dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and roll-off trucks, ensuring that all cargo is delivered in excellent condition. Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles including dump trucks and tractor-trailers.

Load and unload freight as necessary, ensuring proper handling of materials. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Follow all traffic laws and regulations while on the road to ensure safety for yourself and others.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport. Utilize forklifts when necessary for loading and unloading cargo at various locations. Experience Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) and insurable driving record.

Familiarity with operating different types of trucks such as tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and refrigerated trailers is preferred. Experience in freight transportation and delivery driving is highly desirable. Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines. A commitment to safety practices and regulations in the transportation industry. Ability to run heavy equipment is a plus.
