CDL A Truck Driver

Job Details Job Location San Antonio, TX - Elmendorf, TX Position Type Full Time Education Level High School Salary Range $25.00 - $28.00 Hourly Job Category Transportation Description Kett Engineering is looking for good, dependable and safe drivers to join our team at our customer location in Elmendorf, TX. The position requires the drivers to drive and evaluate advanced tractor/trailers and other commercial vehicles for testing purposes.

You will be conducting the pre & post trip safety inspections as required of the vehicles. Once completed you will be driving on "real world" durability test routes on various road surfaces throughout an 8 hour shift. At the end of the shift you will be completing a report and document findings during your shift in a very clear and concise manner. Monday

• Friday 1st Shift: 6:30am

• 3:00pm 2nd Shift: 4:30pm

• 2:30am ($2 pay differential) Requirements: Must have CDL A and DOT Card.
  
  Must have a clean driving history for at least the past 3 years. No at-fault accidents, DUIs, DWIs. Must have Manual Transmission Experience.
  
  Must have at least 3 years tractor trailer experience Attention to detail with the ability to communicate findings both verbally and in writing. Able to contribute in a team environment. Must pass pre-employment drug and background screens. Must be tech savvy.
