CDL A Truck Driver

We are looking for a CDL A truck driver to join our family-owned business with one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry. This CDL A truck driver position offers no-touch freight with mostly drop and hook loads, We offer a sign-on bonus, $1,000 orientation pay and an average of $1,300 to $1,500 per week with a minimum pay program to ensure you never have a small paycheck.

Job Details

Pay and home time: Drivers for this CDL A Truck Driver will be out 2 weeks nights and will be home every other week.

We try our best for it to be on the weekend but weekends are not guaranteed. This position pays an average of $1,300 to $1,500 per week and comes with a $1,000 sign-on bonus, We offer a minimum pay program to ensure you will not a small check when something happens out of your control. Our pay structure will you the option of CPM or percent of load. It's automatically calculated and you get the highest pay option.

Duties: You will be hauling general freight in a dry van trailer throughout all 48 states. Most of the loads will be drop and hook so you can maximize your mileage.

Equipment Details: We offer top-of-the-line equipment with several to choose from depending on what trucks are available after orientation.

Options include Freightliner Coronado/122SD, Freightliner Cascadia/Evolution, Volvo VN780, Volvo VNL860 and Peterbilt 579. All trucks are equipped with APU and Inverter.

Orientation: By joining our team as a CDL A Truck Driver, we will provide travel via flight or rental car, a single-person hotel room and all meals are provided while attending orientation.

You are welcome to bring a spouse or animal with you to orientation as we have a no-wait rider and Pet policy. You will be paid $1,000 for orientation on your first paycheck.

Qualifications:

• CDL A License (Class A)

• Current DOT medical card

• 6 months in 24 months or 1 year in 36 months

• Tractor with 40 foot or longer trailer

Interview Process:

You will complete a full Department of Transportation application, we will run all CDL A Driver reports to include PSP, DAC, MVR and employment verifications. Once we have received all reports we will call you with an offer of employment.

Once you accept the offer of employment we will schedule an orientation date and get travel to orientation in place. Once you arrive at orientation you will take a new DOT physical, and complete a road test. We will go over all company information and equipment information.

Orientation begins on Monday. Transportation, single-person hotel room and meals provided. We pay $1,000 for orientation pay.
