CDL A OTR Truck Driver New CDL Graduates Needed

Class A Drivers fresh out of driving school looking to start their career are being requested to apply. You will start going out with a trainer running OTR making deliveries in 53' Dry Van Trailers then running solo after training running all 48 states.

Get paid to see the whole country Job Details Running lanes are all 48 states 100% No Touch dry van freight. Drop N Hook and live load/unloads. Driver will run 4-6 weeks with a trainer OTR if under 6 months experience. 6 months experience, no time needed with trainer.

Home every 3 weeks Orientation in Tucson, AZ Drivers must be willing to drive during the day or during the night. Average miles a week is 1800-2100. Pay/Benefits Trainees are paid $650/week until their training weeks are met.

After training pay is .43-.57 a mile on sliding pay scale Experienced drivers pay is .46-72 a mile on sliding pay based on experience $1100 a week average $5 1st stop and $15 each additional $20 for loads under 100 miles .06 per mile monthly safety bonus Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO. Requirements Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120 hours. Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.

Cannot have been terminated from last job. No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years – safety to review all criminal history. Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years maximum. Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.
