These positions are located in Yosemite National Park, in the El Portal Administrative Area in the Design & Engineering Branch of the Facilities Management Division. Employment is for the summer of 2021 only, consisting of a minimum of 12 weeks up to a maximum of 6 months. However, an extension of the appointment to a period not-to-exceed one year may be possible, without further competition, when the student intern remains eligible for the program. Pathways Internship positions provide for development and training. Assignments become more responsible as incumbent increases knowledge and skills through work experience and academic training. These positions are geared towards individuals interested in the engineering and construction of infrastructure projects of varying types.
