CDD Support Specialist

The CDD Support Specialist's role is to perform the operational aspects of the bank's AML Customer Due Diligence program and work in conjunction with the Enhanced Due Diligence Department. Duties include initial Customer Due Diligence (CDD) screening, triaging of EDD Alerts, collection of missing required documentation and information on high-risk entity types, and providing support for EDD analysts, as needed.


  • Analyze New Business CDD report to identify higher risk customers that will require

  • EDD and inclusion onto the high-risk customer list.

  • Triage and analyze CDD & EDD Alerts and escalate when further EDD is needed.

  • Must be comfortable being a Liaison to the stores to be able to collect need documentation and missing information

  • Analyze and determine the Daily Customer Due Diligence(CDD) report and conduct appropriate follow-up for missing CDD information

  • Assist EDD Analysts in support of daily assigned tasks.

  • Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations that apply to your position, and keep up to date on regulation changes.

  • Maintain working knowledge of our policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations that apply to your position.


  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, business management, criminal justice, accounting, or related field preferred.

  • 1-3 year's previous banking experience.

  • Basic understanding of the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT

  • Act and Office of Foreign Assets Control.

We are currently hiring a Site Support Specialist to join out treatment team in Tigard! This is a front-desk, reception and admissions-focused position within one of our outpatient clinics. As CODA's Site Support Specialist, you would fulfill the following essential functions: * Provide reception and customer service to patients and visitors within a behavioral healthcare environment. * Manage multi-line telephone system, provide basic service information and schedule client appointments. * Conduct routine admission of screened patients, complete intake paperwork, verify financial and insurance eligibility and set-up financial information in electronic medical records. * Process patient admission and discharge documents. Requirements Applicants with the following qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply. * High school diploma or GED. * Customer service experience. * Experience with computers; ability to quickly learn new software * Minimum of 2 years healthcare administration or similar experience.
