The BIA toolset will enable the measurement of agile product teams and programs on the transformation. The area product owner will be responsible for owning several components of the BIA toolset (e.g., OKRs, MBRs) and implementing telemetry with strong data visualizations to measure our success.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders on the toolset development and create requirements
Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
Implement and drive scrum team cadences in partnership with the scrum master (e.g., sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews, daily scrums)
Work with product owner to plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
Define area product vision, roadmap and opportunities
Prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or related majors
4+ years of related experience
Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction
Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, or Finance
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and rapidly change environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem solving skills and ownership mindset
Exceptional time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Outstanding PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, JIRA, Tableau)
