Work off daily e-mail reject log or data pulls to resolve Aiken shipments rejecting through ABI, Target Search or BOSS.
Work off data pulls to resolve Cargo Certification Rejects.
Resolve MID rejects
Process and update Tax Identification Numbers.
Resolve ABI & ENS reject requests from all Brokerage Departments sent via email or phone.
Send Return Entry Cover Sheets for rater corrections.
Will be required to correct census warnings timely.
Communicate with Floor Trainers concerning repetitive rating errors.
Update comments and entry tracking to ensure shipment resolution.
Will require flexibility to assist with all Northern Border job functions.
6 months BOSS rating experience
Candidate must have an acceptable attendance record.
Accuracy/Speed MAR must be acceptable within the last two months.
Must have no open disciplinary actions.
Must have satisfied any time commitments in their current product and/or position.
Must be able to work holidays and additional hours as needed.
Strong Knowledge of tariff classification and reporting statistical quantities.
Working Knowledge of ISPSYS, BOSS, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Must be able to multitask
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be a self-starter
Must be able to analyze data and correct issues efficiently and effectively
Intermediate math skills - ability to do multiplication and division.
Detail oriented is a must.
Must be able to meet deadlines and downtimes outlined by the operation daily.
12 month position lock

Knowledge of Target Search
Experience on working BOSS Rejects and CATAIR
Knowledge of ETT
Knowledge of View Brokerage Events
Candidate must be flexible with work schedule

Ability to work in a team environment as well as on one's own.
Good communication skills along with the ability to identify and resolve problems.
The individual who accepts the position must understand their scheduled vacation time is subject to change if their time conflicts with those vacation times already scheduled in the department.
