The major role of the CBO/Business Manager is to develop, supervise, or implement the district business and financial operations, including budget, payables, and receivables, state, county, and local reporting and other functions as appropriate. Must possess knowledge of Generally Acceptable Accounting Principles (GAAP) and have an understanding of school nutrition, child development, and charter finances.

Bachelor's level college degree highly preferred Fiscal record keeping experience in school accounting highly preferable Experience in school district financial and business operations highly preferred

Tradition of Excellence at Union Hill School District The Union Hill School District, which is comprised of the Bearcat Discovery Preschool, Union Hill Elementary Charter, and Union Hill Middle School, is located on one beautiful, 19+ acre campus, set in a forest of tall pines in close proximity to the Empire Mine State Historic Park. Three-year-olds begin their school career at the Bearcat Discovery Center Preschool and progress on to Union Hill Charter School for transitional kindergarten through sixth grade.

Students complete their elementary education at Union Hill Middle School for seventh and eighth grade. Each of the three schools plays a vital role in the Union Hill experience. Our dedicated, professional, staff utilizes an exciting, rigorous curriculum to create a close-knit community while supporting individual needs.
