With a wide range of services and proactive approaches to care, Concentra colleagues provide exceptional service to employers and exceptional care to their employees. � The CBO Team Lead is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to assisting a Central Business Office (CBO) Supervisor and CBO Manager/Director in revenue life cycle management.
Responsibilities
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:� �
Perform lead duties in CBO areas, such as Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, and Billing
Train colleagues on policies and procedures. Provide orientation for new colleagues.
Assist CBO Supervisors/Managers in process management
Assist colleagues with implementing CBO initiatives
Assist colleagues with problem resolution
Schedule department work and assign tasks
Provide input to Supervisor about colleague performance

Qualifications
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS: � - High School education, prefer some college or specialty training in medical billing or equivalent job relevant experience � JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: - Customarily has at least two or more years of accounts receivable and medical billing experience � � DEMONSTRATED JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: � - Concentra Core Competencies of Service Mentality, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative and Flexibility
Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions
Outstanding customer service skills as well as the ability to deal with people in a manner which shows tact and professionalism
The ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
Effective customer service and written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under tight time schedule as well as handle and prioritize tasks
Problem solving skills
Ability to work independently
Attention to detail

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the range of $24.29 to $27.93 hourly depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.
