About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join the Commercial Banking/ Corporate & Investment Banking (CB/CIB) Digital Activation Strategy Team. This is a smaller group within the broader CB/CIB Digital Activation Strategy & Readiness organization. Our focus is on developing, implementing & tracking strategies while partnering with teams across CB/CIB Digital, SDI, and beyond to drive increased adoption and engagement with our digital solutions and enable the development, launch, and adoption of best-in-class products, services, and capabilities for clients and employees. We do this via a combination of performing industry and competitive research, leveraging and consolidating quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities, and supporting delivery & execution of key programs.
In this role, you will:
Work across teams within the CB/CIB Digital environment as well as within the larger enterprise
Identify opportunities for new CB/CIB Digital initiatives -- digital business plans, programs and initiatives within scope of responsibilities
Review and analyze basic content strategy/creation, customer experience, data/analytics, market research, or digital product/portfolio management
Exercise independent judgment to support strategy engagements across CB CIB Digital teams and gaining experience and expertise to lead smaller or shorter-term engagements
Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the on digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements

Previous experience at a strategy consulting firm or digital/corporate strategy within Financial Services, FinTech, or Big Tech
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Ability to synthesize complex topics, independent quantitative and qualitative analysis, and competitive insights into a cohesive story for senior leadership
Strong problem solving and decision making skills including the ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and comfort working through ambiguity
Knowledge of and interest in the FinTech landscape and digital financial technologies more broadly
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills

Salary Range for New York City, NY: $76,300 - $135,700 annually
Salary Range for San Francisco, CA: $76,300 - $135,700 annually
Pay Range
$63,600.00 - $135,700.00
