Catering Specialist

Now Hiring for full time and part time Catering Specialists.

Must be 18 years old or older and have a valid Drivers license

This is an elevated team member position that comes with additional pay and responsibilities that an entry level position would not.

The Catering Specialist plays a critical role in increasing sales inside and outside the restaurant. In addition to performing and working in a Hospitality position within the restaurant, the Catering Specialist will be responsible for properly taking the orders and assembling them for catering customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborating and communicating with the Catering Lead and kitchen staff for catering orders

• Monitoring the quality of the product and ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly observed and obeyed

• Make the sale and secure the agreement with catering guests

• Ensure Team Members are delivering an accurate pick up and/or delivery for the guest's experience

• Maintain and continue to grow existing catering relationships

• Strong phone skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with the ability to utilize both data and intuition to make informed decisions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Required Schedule:
• FT: Monday through Saturday 8:00am

• 4:00pm (one of these days plus Sunday Off)

• Strong written/verbal communication skills
