YOU ARE:

An energetic, creative, goal-oriented Sales professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Catering Sales, preferably in a hotel and/or wedding environment. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are a must! Along with the ability to negotiate, manage projects, and work under pressure while selling and executing memorable events.

Salary Range: $65k - $78K with commission-based bonus structure

Requirements

Experience Needed:

• Proven interpersonal skills with a track record of successful client interactions

• Selling and servicing weddings, social and local business markets

• Creating food and beverage menu proposals, banquet event orders and diagrams

• Track record of building and maintaining cross functional relationships with internal and external partners (networking)

• History of using data to analyze trends, forecast, and set goals

• Knowledge of Delphi Software preferred
