About the Catering Coordinator position:

You are responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the community. You will work days, every other weekend and every other holiday for approximately 32 hours per week (16 hours/ Concierge 16 hours). Responsibilities: * Process and record invoices for the community including accounts payable and receivable * Assist the Business Office Manager with special projects as needed * Record and track all move-ins and move-out credits, and propose rate adjustment as needed * Respond to residents request and coordinate any additional services needed * Upholds Enlivant's mission, vision, and values * Exhibits good time management and organizational skills * Possess the ability to handle complex issues * Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills * Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Required Qualifications: * Associate's Degree or Equivalent from two year college or technical school * One to two years of administrative experience, including invoicing, accounts receivable and payable (within healthcare field or senior living a plus) * Excellent written and verbal skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office (ie.
