Catering Captain

Do you enjoy planning and taking ownership of helping a client's vision come to life? We help coordinate with some of the best venues, clients and vendors in the state and strive to provide top notch service and memorable event experiences.

Everything from themed food displays, unique designs, custom menus and more are skills we bring to the table for each of our clients. We are looking for energetic and organized catering captains that have a passion for food and events. Full-service catering background is preferred, with specialties or interest in weddings and social events as a plus.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Venue walk throughs Vendor coordination Client meetings Preliminary event logistics Packing up necessary equipment Onsite management of serving and bartending staff Being client's main point of contact Helping a client to pick out and design color schmes/eating ware/tablescape Each day and each event looks different You can be on a small, intimate dinner of executives to an 800-person gala with stunning food presentation and action-packed award shows. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and an eye for design is a must. Must have open and flexible schedule. Weekends availability, needed.
