High school diploma or equivalent, with successful#completion of one full year of technical school training (food production, quantity foods) and one year of work experience in institutional quantity food preparation or two years successful completion technical school training or two years of institutional quantity food preparation work experience is#required.# Must attend and pass requirements for ServSafe within 6 months of hire.
