AS AN ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, CLINICAL SERVICES and MEDICAL AFFAIRS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Developing and implementing category strategies in collaboration with Novartis R&D and Medical Affairs Stakeholders
Handling strategic supplier relationships
Developing relationships with Novartis partners, Sr Leaders and Suppliers
Critical contract negotiations
Handling RFP's/RFI's and supporting product launches

Solid understanding of Pharma R&D process, Clinical Development, Phase I Services
Strong Procurement/Negotiation skills

5 + years Strategic Procurement/Category Management experience or Clinical Operations experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Pharmaceutical/Health Care Experience.
