Category Insights Manager - Atlanta, GA

Tilray is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Category Insights Manager to join our Beverage Alcohol team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading business and category insight initiatives, analyzing market trends, and providing actionable recommendations to drive brand growth and enhance our market presence. This role requires a strong working knowledge of the beverage alcohol market with the ability to work cross functionally with Marketing, National Accounts and Leadership teams.

Reports to: Director of Business Development

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Utilize internal and external data sources (VIP, Nielsen, Circana, Beer Institute, etc.) to identify opportunities and threats within the category.

• Captain the creation and implementation of new tools and processes to enhance Tilray's category insight capabilities.

• Analyze sales data and market dynamics to develop insights that inform strategic decision-making.

• Create and present detailed reports and presentations outlining category & business performance, trends, and insights to senior management and key stakeholders.

• Drive recommendations to optimize assortment, innovation, pricing, promotion, and placement strategies.

• Assist Marketing and National Accounts with ad hock analyses, data requests, and presentation support.

• Aid in presentation creation for internal and external stakeholders.

• Any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics or related field

• 3+ years' experience in BevAlc category management, business insights and/or national accounts

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Strong interpersonal communication skills is a must

• Strong working knowledge of syndicated data sources

• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI Experience is a plus.

• Must be able to build and communicate professional presentations.
