Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center is seeking to hire a Full Time Cat Scan Technologist for the Tues, Wed and Thurs 8:30am-9pm

Education: Trade School graduate from Rad Tech program

Registry: ARRT is required + CT Registry in ARRT

Experience: minimum 1 to 2 years of hospital experience using GE scanners.

Performs Computed Tomography (CT) and CT guided interventional procedures under the direction of a qualified physician; provides patient and family education; operates equipment safely; completes department documentation; maintains all equipment to be clean and operational; maintains adequate supply inventory for performing examinations.

Qualifications:

TS - Trade School Graduate: Radiologic Technology (Required)

ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) - Certifications

• Other/National, Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification

• American Heart Association (AHA) RQI, Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) - Certifications

• Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)
