Primary purpose and function of position: Deliver products and supplies as directed. Perform warehouse activities as directed

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Unload product from truck

  • Rotate and deliver product where customer requests at retail establishment

  • Pickup pallets, cooperage or damaged/ unsold product

  • Stack and separate empty kegs and pallets

  • Communicates with supervisor, customers and co-workers during the delivery process

  • Maintain DOT log book

  • Unload trailers and receive deliveries

  • Stock all product pick locations, including floor, static, and carton flow racking

  • Clean warehouse, load and deliver picnic trailers

  • Unload and/or strip delivery vehicles

  • Build product orders and/or make emergency deliveries

  • Maintain warehouse product rotation standards

  • Build product orders and load delivery vehicles

  • Load cooperage, pallets, and supplies on trailer

  • Reconcile daily receipts and load sheets

  • Comply with all Wholesaler Equity Agreement requirements, Grey Eagle and supplier standards and policies

  • Adhere to all Federal, State and Local liquor regulations

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED certificate required

  • Adhere to all Department of Transportation regulations

  • Must have the ability to read, write and follow instructions

  • Must be fork lift certified and have ability to safely operate job related equipment

  • Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude

  • Project a friendly, courteous and professional image

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent customer orientation with strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to: repetitively handling cases of beer, reaching above head height, climbing, bending, twisting, squatting, and kneeling

  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, push or pull package product weighing 50 plus pounds and draught product weighing 165 plus pounds

  • Regular and reliable attendance required

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and some holidays

  • Ability to pass a required pre-employment physical, background, and drug screening

  • Ability to perform all essential job functions and duties as assigned

Overview Role Purpose Responsible for providing financial counseling services. Collection of copays and deposits from patients. Completes an initial assessment of the patient to determine if they qualify for Medicaid assistance. Works with the patients/families to obtain the required information, documentation, signatures and negotiations. Assists patients as needed with completing forms for Charity application. Follows up with patients to assure compliance. Reviews accounts for accuracy to assure maximum reimbursement for the Hospital. Responsibilities Performs financial analysis and counseling for applicable admissions or pre-admissions, in order to identify and address any potential problems with insurance benefits and the patient's ability to pay. Notifies Case Management of insurance issues.Request payment, as applicable, before or at the time of admission due to unmet deductibles, inadequate or no insurance coverage, uncovered services, package price services or previous bad debt accounts.Provide assistance to uninsured patients and families. Perform evaluation for possible insurance coverage or other payment opportunities.Documents appropriate financial information into the computer system.Assist patients with account balance questions, itemized statement requests and resolving billing issues. Communicates in a professional, positive and respectful manner with patients. Be able to provide consistent excellent customer service in a variety of situations.
