We are currently looking for part-time Class A CDL truck drivers to pick up and deliver freight within a defined local territory, develop and maintain great customer relationships, and load/unload freight from trailers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate a tractor-trailer to pick up and deliver freight within a defined area
Pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractor/trailer(s) and when stopped en route
Drop and hook trailer(s) and change equipment configurations as necessary
Load and unload freight from trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
Prepare, inspect, and clean trailers before loading freight
Review freight bills for special instructions and inspect freight for damage

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

21 years of age or older
Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with Doubles/Triples, Tanker and Hazardous Material endorsements
One year of tractor-trailer driving experience
A safe driving record per MVR
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
Read, write and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway and traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, read a bill of lading
Work various shifts and days of the week

VIEW JOBS General Position Description: The Respite Care Worker will provide respite and skills training with children ages birth to seventeen, individually and in groups. The position is part time and/or on-call with potential for temporary full-time hours during the summer and winter break. The Respite Care Worker should possess the understanding of age appropriate behavioral interventions, child development, and direct experience working with children with challenging behaviors. Essential Duties & Functions (With or Without Accommodation): * Screens, evaluates, and schedules referred members who may be in need of behavioral health services. * Provides direct care and supervision of clients in the respite program. * Provides meaningful teaching opportunities, experiences, and physical assistance for groups or individuals that include: social skills, self-care, and recreational activities. * Implements behavior intervention programs when applicable and initiates incidental teaching opportunities. * Assists in the development of activity plans for clients who are participating in group and respite activities. * Transports clients to and from community outings and other activities. * Provides adequate supervision for the clients in the respite setting and in the community. * Focuses on the safety and well-being of the child(ren) and families in all aspects of work. * Attends and/or makes reports to the Child and Family Team (CFT) during CFT meetings. * Collaborates and meets with other service providers and internal team members to coordinate services. * Ensures that paperwork is completed correctly and in a timely manner to ensure timeliness. * Attend and participate in all required staff meetings. * Promote and follow practices that support the health and safety of staff and members. * Must work scheduled hours, be punctual, keep appointments, and use time effectively in order to meet productivity. * Utilize supervision effectively, accept feedback in a professional manner, and accept responsibility for job performance. * Attend required professional development opportunities and maintain knowledge of current research as well as effective approaches. * Understand and maintain sensitive information within the confines of need-to-know parameters following HIPPA guidelines. * Maintain professionalism with staff, outside agencies and members at all times. * Represent EBF in a professional manner. * Perform simple administrative tasks. * Ability to work flexible hours- including evenings and weekends. * Any other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Skills (with or without accommodation): * Meet the behavioral health requirements of a Behavioral Health Para Professional (BHPP) or Behavioral Health Technician (BHT). * Develop Strong clinical knowledge. * Experience working with children and families required. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Knowledge of general child development and behavior intervention. * Be extremely alert and safety conscious. * Ability to work in multiple settings including: a working ranch with live animals, pool with children, in home environment. * Ability to complete job responsibilities autonomously without daily oversight. * Skill in using business software such as email, MS Office, smart phones, office equipment and electronic health records. * Detail-oriented with well-developed problem-solving abilities. * Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. * Displays cultural sensitivity and demonstrates the ability to form constructive and collaborative working relationships with others from diverse cultural backgrounds. * Ability to communicate in a culturally inclusive manner and being open to other peoples differences. Other requirements: * Must be able to walk, run, climb, stoop, kneel, sit, stand, reach, stretch, bend, squat. * Must be able to ascend and descend stairs. * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. * Pass a basic swim test. * Must be punctual and dependable. * Must be able to remain calm, non-defensive with a supportive attitude during stressful, potential crisis, and crisis situations. * Must be able to work in an extremely stressful environment where there are considerable mental and emotional demands. The types of situations that may be encountered, particularly when children and adults are involved, cause emotional stress. * Must be able to manage high volumes and unpredictability of work. * Must be able to remain flexible and reprioritize according to the changing demands of the day. * Must be able to manage stress in a fast - paced, unpredictable, and high intensity setting. * Must be able to represent EBF in a professional manner in all situations. * Must be able to maintain professional relationships with colleagues. * Must be in compliance with all EBF and regulatory requirements. * Must be able to adapt to diverse cultural environments and communicate in a culturally inclusive manner. Minimum Educational and Certification Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED required; minimum 1-year experience in the field preferred. * Obtain and maintain current CPR and First Aid certification. * Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card. * Valid Arizona drivers license and the willingness to use personal vehicle in the course of employment (personal vehicle in safe/operable condition for work related appointments). Must meet minimum requirements of agency insurance carrier and provide a 39-month driving record from DMV is required at time of hire. Provide and maintain an Arizona Drivers License and proof of auto insurance at all times. * Must be able to meet training and agency compliance requirements for the position. * Spanish speaking preferred.
