WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Advocate for all other marketing programs. Encourages sign ups and processes them efficiently.

  • Greets guests actively engaged in gaming and assists team members in player identification.

  • Provides guests with hospitality arrangements, including rooms, food, beverages, and assists with special requests.

  • Maintains knowledge of casino marketing and player development promotions and encourages guest participation.

  • Maintains knowledge of credit procedures and encourages the use of credit when appropriate.

  • Assists in resolving guest opportunities and/or conflicts, in fair and equitable manners.

  • Analyzes and coordinates in-house invitation lists with Manager.

  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.

  • Attends and aids in the coordination of special events.

  • Establishes a direct line of communication with all service departments for the purpose of caring for high value players.

  • Maintains the confidentiality of player information including but not limited to personal information such as name, address, contact information, level of play, wins, losses, number of visits, etc.

  • Provides professional representation at internal and external meetings and events.

  • Adheres to all Corporate and local policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.

  • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.

  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management.

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and a minimum of two (2) years experience in sales or general marketing with progressive responsibilities; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral). Ability to: read, analyze, interpret and comprehend technical procedures, state regulations, business periodicals, instructions, and correspondence/memos; write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals; effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers or staff, customers and the general public.

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and follow through on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

  • Must obtain licensing with the West Virginia Lottery and Racing Commissions every year of employment.

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Results oriented, hands-on professional with the ability to interact with the public, staff and colleagues. Must have the ability to resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner. Previous customer service experience preferred. Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekend hours and overtime as business needs dictate.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member: must be able to maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced, casino environment and effectively deal with customers, management, team members and others; is regularly required to stand; walk and move through all areas of the casino; speak; hear; and, may occasionally be required to sit. The team member must be available for occasional travel. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close and distance vision; color and depth perception; and, peripheral vision. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member will be working in an environment where smoking is permitted and higher than normal noise levels.
