The Casino Finance Manager assists the General Manager in planning and directing the accounting activities within the Revenue Audit department and/or divisions of the organization by performing the following duties, personally or through subordinate personnel.
Responsible for overseeing the Casino Policies and Procedures as well as the MICS , SICS , TICS to ensure all gaming regulations are met.
Also responsible for the Title 31 program including CTR and FINCEN reporting including annual employee training.
Responsible for revenue analysis in all aspects of the casino for department manager review.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Duties may be added to, changed or deleted at the sole discretion of management: Responsible for providing our customers with prompt and friendly service and an enriching work environment for our team.Keep accurate records and provide regular reports to management.Be able to work flexible schedules including public holidays, weekends and peak business times.Ensure all company policies and procedures and recommend changes for improvement to the General Manager.Responsible for understanding and recommendations in all areas of each departments policies.Responsible for creating, organizing, and disseminating budget data to authorized managers in the format required.Review and analyze department revenues and expenses with detailed reports to be delivered to the appropriate department manager and General Manager for review.Responsible for knowledge of all areas of the Tribal Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) referring to compliance and control of the gaming operation.Extensive knowledge of Title 31 compliance and informal reporting (W2-G, 1042-S, and 1099 MICS); to ensure that proper tax reporting and withholding is completed in all required cases and provide Casino employee trainings.Oversees Title 31 reporting to Financial Crimes Enforcement Network FINCEN, insures that Cash Transaction Reports CTR & SARS reconcile to source documents and are correctly filed in a timely manner.Oversees Title 31 training for all Casino employees.Knowledge in the use and reporting capabilities of the online gaming accounting systems to perform the daily analysis of the appropriate casino departments.Knowledge in the use and reporting capabilities of the food and beverage accounting system to perform the daily analysis of the appropriate casino departments.Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.Maintaining strong communication with the General Manager, as well as other department heads in needs of coordinating and streamlining shared processes and changes.Any and all other job related duties assigned by the General Manager.COMPETENCIES To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Analytical Synthesizes complex or diverse information.Attendance/Punctuality Is consistently at work and on time.Business Acumen Understands business implications of decisions; Displays orientation to profitability; Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition.Communication Must have exceptional people skills.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

The First Assistant Store Director has overall responsibility for the store when the Store Director is not present. The Company expects First Assistant Store Directors will spend more than half their time in directing others, managing the enterprise, and activities directly and closely related to those tasks and that anyone having difficulty doing will inform their District Manager and/or Human Resources so that additional training can be provided. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Overall management responsibility for the operation of a retail grocery store during absence of the Store Director, including store performance, control of cash, inventory and security, customer service, and management of staff * Primarily responsible for operation of the store's Front End, including supervising the front end manager and directing, disciplining and evaluating the performance of the Front End clerks * Track, analyze and take action to improve store performance by forecasting of weekly/daily sales goals and meeting or exceeding established goals * Communicate sales goals, department performance and sales opportunities with staff to ensure positive results * Forecast, schedule, and monitor labor to be consistent with store sales and productivity guidelines and wage budgets; create action plan to address cost control issues * Support Store Director with development and direction in the execution of strategies to improve product placement and appearance * Manage display accuracy and appearance to implement promotions. Ensure that products are properly displayed and ordered in a manner to maintain in-stock conditions. * Manage issues relating to store maintenance, cleanliness, safety and sanitation. * Oversee and manage handling of cash and accounting.
