THE JOB:

Lead and manage the operations of the casino cage, ensuring accurate handling of transactions, cash flow, and compliance with gaming regulations. Oversee a team of cage staff, ensuring efficient and secure operations while delivering exceptional guest service. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and maintain accountability for large sums of money, credit, and chips. Maintain strict adherence to internal controls and gaming laws, while driving operational efficiency and promoting a positive work environment.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Maintain strong communication with Casino, Finance, Marketing, F&B, Hotel, and Retail teams to ensure smooth cage operations.

  • Operational Efficiency & Compliance: Monitor daily operations, balance banks, and ensure reports comply with Title 31 regulations and variance policies.

  • Exceptional Guest Service: Lead the team in delivering top-tier guest service, resolving guest complaints, and handling M life Rewards disputes professionally.

  • Rewards Program Management: Oversee M life Rewards, MyVegas, and Mastercard programs, issuing FREEPLAY and adjusting tier credits per company policies.

  • Team Leadership & HR: Manage staff recruitment, training, and development while fostering a positive, respectful work environment with a focus on diversity and succession planning.

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Bachelor degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience.

  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience in Cage Supervisor or Cage Management.

  • Knowledge of Title 31 regulations, ensuring full compliance and regulatory excellence in all cage operations.

  • Ability to obtain a gaming license.

  • Confident handling of monetary transactions with proficiency in basic math.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proven ability to inspire, lead, and mentor a team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, focused on delivering top-tier guest experiences and handling complex service situations.

  • Skilled in managing Poker and High Limit operations, ensuring smooth and secure processes in specialized gaming areas.
