As a Casino Barback, you will:

Shift: Grave: 6:00pm to 4:00am

Pay: $9.00 per hour + tips (avg. $100 to $200)

• tip average is based off per shift.

WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Assist bartender with various tasks such as, cut and continuously replenish fruit trays; stock liquor, beers, and wines; provide change when needed; and assist with cleanliness of bar.

• Attempt to limit problems related to guests' excessive drinking by providing responsible alcohol service and applying any training from ServSafe Alcohol training.

• Clean and stock glassware, utensils, and bar equipment. Arrange liquor bottles, beer, fruit trays, and glassware to ensure that the bar environment is perceived as clean, organized, and attractive.

• Clean bars, work areas, and tables. Produce and complete par lists to requisition liquor and supplies.

• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

• Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.

• Familiarity and product knowledge of liquor, beer and wine preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with guests.

• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain responsible alcohol service certification. (ServSafe Alcohol)

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
