We are seeking a seasoned, passionate and highly talented product manager intimately familiar with digital products. As an integral member of the CashPro and Mobile team, you will partner with other product managers and business leaders within Global Banking and help implement mobile banking experiences for our corporate, commercial and business banking clients.

You will collaborate closely with other product managers, front-end developers, UX designers, and product owners on early stage prototypes up through final product implementation. You'll advocate for what users want, need and expect from the products we develop. As well as have a knack for creating and translating our strategy and complex business asks into efficient and intuitive mobile user experiences.

We seek your skill set and passion to help us advance our current and future mobile offering. Including achieving our firm wide intelligent treasurer strategy, as well as our aggressive product adoption and usage goals.

Examples of responsibilities:

  • Understands the competitive Mobile marketplace and frequently incorporates new trends and functions into the product.

  • Must be knowledgeable of current Mobile technology trends and how and why clients use them.

  • Provides day to day support for production issues including managing issues to resolution, providing executive updates, and managing client communication.

  • Works on a cross-functional team to translate customer needs and voice of the client (VOC) into new features and services.

  • Provides subject matter expertise for CashPro Mobile initiatives.

  • Works with project teams to ensure requirements and testing plans are clearly defined.

  • Supports production releases of all code deliveries.

  • Provides creative solutions to problems when necessary.

  • Manages and defines the product backlog and roadmap.

  • Educate clients and internal personal on mobile product offering.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of mobile user experience across devices and platforms

  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

  • Lean/Agile experience is required. Experience in story writing, sprint management, and scrum is desired.

  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, visual presentations and effective listening skills

  • Passion and curiosity are a must!

  • Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced global environment; must be able to leverage cross-functional teams to deliver results to meet specific deadlines and shift focus with changing priorities

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior managers

  • Ability to influence others

  • Must think strategically and make sound judgment calls

  • Flexible work style to accommodate working with partners across the globe

  • Ability and desire to think creatively to deliver business results both independently and as part of a team

  • Undergraduate degree required. Minimum: BS or BA degree

  • Financial services and/ or banking knowledge and experience

  • Experience with product management and product strategy development

The Digital Channels organization, part of the larger Global Transaction Services division, oversees the development and execution of comprehensive strategies supporting all services accessible via CashPro's multiple channels (online, mobile, file to file, and API connectivity). The CashPro Product Manager will focus on data collection and analysis to define action plans to improve client user experience, drive overall adoption and usage of CashPro. Success depends on a strong partnership within Product Management, technology, operations, finance and other internal partners. Core functions and requirements for the CashPro Product Manager role: * Analyze user behavior and friction points to contribute to the definition of a future simplified digital banking platform experience * Research client expectations and behaviors to deepen client relationships across working capital solutions * Collect and analyze profile and transactional data to support key business transformation programs across digital channels (CashPro Online, CashPro Mobile, CashPro Connect, CashPro API). * Baseline and ongoing measurement of client penetration and adoption * Baseline and ongoing measurement of client servicing behavior * Creation of client risk profiles to assist with communications related to security best practices * Analysis and recommendations related to simplification efforts to ease client onboarding * Make data driven recommendations that drive operational efficiency and improve client value leveraging digital solutions * Drive data collection and synthesis to influence business capability prioritization and rationalization REQUIRED SKILLS * Critical thinking/ problem solving skills * Must be intellectually curious, and able to analyze and synthesize data across multiple sources * Strong detail orientation: Clearly understands data beyond top level analysis.
