Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Candidate must be 21 years plus
1+ years of cooking experience
Experience in managing and upholding a safe working condition
Understanding of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
Understands functions of Point of Sale (POS )/ Phone system
Demonstrates Proper Cash Handling and turn in standards
Understands and demonstrates proper side work and cleanliness standards
Demonstrates proper service sequence with guests and understands
Understands dining room flow mechanics
Understands reservations procedures
Understands how to communicate banquet information and take preliminary bookings
Must be dependable
Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work in a team environment
Must be able to take direction
