Immediate positions available for positive and energetic team member who is hardworking and has excellent customer service skills. Must have availability to work nights weekends. This store is open 24 hours.

Responsibilities include*:

  • Assisting customers.

  • Operating cash register/point of sale systems.

  • Keeping store clean and stocked.

  • Maintain neat appearance by the gas pumps.

  • Receive food orders from customers & prepare efficiently & accurately.

  • Operating kitchen equipment and perform general cleaning/maintenance (equipment includes, but is not limited to: ovens, fryers, coolers, freezers).

  • Take time/temperature readings at appropriate times and log as directed by Kitchen Manager.

  • Follow all company and state guidelines regarding food preparation/safety.

  • Maintain the grand opening look for the store at all times. This includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Maintain neat and clean appearance in all check out areas as well as areas where food is prepared, sold, and/or stored.

  • Keep all merchandise stocked, rotated, and/or date marked.

  • Front all aisles, coolers, and freezers.

  • Clean inside the store: windows/cooler doors, counters, floors, aisles, and empty trash cans.

Required Education/Skills include*:

  • Minimum of 16 years old (to sell tobacco, alcohol, and lottery)

  • Strong skills in the areas of:

  • communication

  • problem solving

  • mathematics

  • read and understand written direction

  • professionalism

  • Must have dexterity in both hands to be able to scan and bag store items properly

  • Lift up to 25 pounds up to 40% of the time and up to 50+ pounds 5% of the time

  • Able to regularly stand and walk, and occasionally climb/balance on a ladder, and to stoop, bend, crouch while cleaning and stocking

  • Previous money handling experience preferred

  • If hired, employee must be able to pass the Iowa online tobacco & alcohol compliance testing within the first 90 days of employment, and keep certification current throughout duration of employment.

Job OverviewIn collaboration with brand, division and corporate management, this position has the responsibility to implement the brands dealer initiatives and growth strategies. These initiatives and strategies include and are not limited to dealer recruiting, training and coordination of activities that support the highest quality and skilled dealers. Coordination with division and sales account managers will be paramount in ensuring that an adequate level of support is provided throughout the managers assigned trade area.Responsibilities DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Support the application of programs, budgets, business plans, schedules, strategies and tactics that support field sales personnel, dealer networks and help the brand meet established goals for sales volume and market share growth 2. Regularly facilitate and present at both employee/dealer meetings, events and trainings3. Analyze assigned geography for potential needs and available territories for dealer development and recruitment4. Coordinate dealer recruitment efforts in assigned geographies5. Manage dealer onboarding and on-going training6. Facilitate meetings and events centered around preparing company personnel to better support and manage successful dealer networks7. Assist in the promoting and training of the Advantage Acre system with dealers8. Implement brand dealer agreements and sales strategies to meet the business goals of the company9. Evaluate current and potential dealer performance to ensure growth10. Review customer and dealer analytics and help develop action plans with both dealers and employees to drive budgeted growth11. Support sales staff in communication tactics to ensure regular dealer engagement is met12.
