Previous experience working in a customer service or retail environment.
Positive, helpful attitude towards customers, including the ability to speak clearly and convey information accurately.
Strong sense of humor and upbeat personality.
Takes personal pride in the work that gets done.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (carrying cases of milk, etc.), bending, standing, reaching.
Sufficient visual ability to check identification and process credit cards.
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Serves as a retail ambassador for the Twice Daily brand.
Performs basic math functions to collect payments and make accurate change.
Reports to work on time, ready and excited to work scheduled shift.
Keeps the store clean and orderly.
Maintains an accurate cash drawer and basic retail inventory count.
Memorizes product locations throughout the retail store and guides customers while providing suggestions, as needed.
