Ongoing Recruitment for Part-Time, Seasonal (Summer) and Temporary Applicant Pool

This is important public contact work, on a part-time basis, accurately collecting cash and electronic credit and debit payments for goods and services provided at a Parks and Recreation facility. Work involves the correct recording of transactions; and providing general assistance and answering patrons' questions regarding the nature preserve and its programs.
Work involves the rapid and accurate completion of transactions and requires extreme accuracy. The work schedule varies and may include assignments on weekends and holidays.
Salary: $15.99 - $21.28 Hourly

To Qualify
Minimum Qualifications. Applicants must:
Possess a valid high school diploma or GED equivalency.
Have at least six (6) months experience as a cashier, bookkeeper, teller, or similar position.
Have prior experience with money handling, cash registers, and computers.
Be flexible to work a varied day shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Have some customer service experience.
