Overview:

  • Ensuring Collateral transactions are instructed and settled accurately and on time in a culture and environment where processes, risks and controls are continually monitored, and potential risks escalated on a timely basis

  • Ensuring the infrastructure and tools are in place to effectively manage risk and service our clients to a high standard

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure collateral transactions settled correctly and are compliant with internal policies and controls

  • Proactively assist in the investigation, escalation and corrective implementation of all required transaction issues

  • Aid with the analysis, execution, and stabilization efforts of critical operations functions related to collateral management

  • Anticipate and proactively respond to requests for deliverables from internal and external clients and vendors

  • Assist as required for control, risk, daily activities, and transaction services project

  • Evaluate moderately complex issues with substantial potential client impact

  • Cross-train for various internal roles within the department (cash & securities), and provide back-up coverage for those roles as needed

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience preferred

  • 0-3 years in a related role in finance or operations

  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a leader who can positively and productively add product impact to both strategic and tactical technology

  • Strong, influential communicator who is articulate and concise, with the ability to communicate clearly regarding advanced topics and escalate situations when appropriate Strong risk management and control mindset

  • Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated, unique and dynamic situations; draws on diverse range of internal and external sources

  • Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented

  • Proven experience working within a team environment

  • Ability to establish and build trust with professionals throughout the business as an advisor and business partner to the organization with a clear client orientation.

  • Strong awareness of both external and internal best practice perspectives, maintaining a balanced and fresh viewpoint.

  • Ability to conceptualize aspects of the organization's model and its future development.

JOB SUMMARY: This is a Revenue Specialist II - Child Support Case Processing Analyst position in the Department of Revenue's Child Support Program Order Entry Team in the Tampa Service Center. Job duties revolve around providing quality customer service, safeguarding confidential information and using the Child Support system to work assigned tasks related to Child Support Program services. This includes: initiating and responding to requests, coordinating with internal and external partners, researching and resolving case issues and gathering information, analyzing case data and taking the next appropriate actions. In addition, this position will interview customers face to face and/or over the telephone. Interact with legal services providers, other states, employers and other business partners as well as make decisions based on case information and the documentation provided. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Experience processing information using a computer system. * 2 year of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions.* * 2 year of experience communicating with customers for the purpose of gathering information.* SUBSTITUTIONS: * *College may substitute on a year for year basis of the required experience.
