Join us and become part of our talented and passionate workforce.The Cash Specialist will work in Collections handling the following responsibilities:*

Identify cash receipts at the policy and company level. * Prepare daily cash log of payments used for posting and applying payments. * Maintain and issue YTD Cash logs. * Post and apply daily cash receipts in the Great Plains system. * Book bank transaction journal entries for non-premium cash deposits. * Prepare monthly bank reconciliation in Great Plains to ensure all cash deposits agree to the bank statement. * Participate in the preparation of the Weekly Cash Receipt report. * Review broker backups and help resolve unapplied and unidentified cash. * Send emails out on unapplied cash. * Research and resolve unidentified cash receipts. * Prepare and post debit/credit memos to apply cash as needed * Prepare and submit RP requests when needed to refund money to brokers * Provide backup support for colleagues and auditors as needed. * Perform special projects as requestedRequirements*
