Community Brands is seeking a Cash Applications Specialist to join our growing team!
A Day in the Life:
Runs reports for management and conducts research to aid in the investigation of billing/payment discrepancies and errors
Responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, etc.
Understanding of Accounting: Debits and Credits
Monitor multiple company bank accounts
Maintain master cash/deposit spreadsheet
Deposit checks for multiple entities
Assist with payment processing
Assist with process documentation
Identify overdue accounts and contact customers for payment
Works under moderate supervision
Candidates must be available to work from the St. Petersburg office daily
