Summary: CRG is currently partnered with a global, employee-focused organization located in Charlotte, NC who is seeking a Cash Application Specialist to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for check, ACH, wire applications, payment and invoice research as well as identifying and resolving discrepancies within deadlines. Opportunity: Contract (ongoing)

Location: Charlotte, NC

Schedule: 100% onsite

Pay: $20.00-$21.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform payment exception handling within HighRadius environment.

• Utilize tools within HighRadius to help increase auto-cash hit rate such as remittance linking and payment tagging.

• Post lockbox payments (ACH and check) utilizing HighRadius, Bank of America website, and SAP based on remittance information.

• Post payments received at a high daily application rate with superior accuracy.

• Read, decipher, and process payments with extensive remittance detail.

• Assist team members with new or complicated applications.

• Communicate discrepancies with AR Regional Specialists to assist in customer account maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Strong data entry skills (10-Key) required.

• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.

• ERP system experience is a plus (SAP preferred).

• HighRadius experience is a plus.

• High volume, complex A/R payment processing experience or cash applications experience preferred.

• Associate Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.

• Willingness to work additional hours at period-end in order to meet close deadlines.
